Your first Sunday, step by step

Arrive & park

Aim for 10:15am. Park for free on site, and look for our greeters at the front doors — they’ll point you in the right direction.

Check in the kids

Head to the Welcome Center to register children for KidsLife on the first floor. It takes about three minutes the first time.

Grab a coffee & a seat

Enjoy coffee, find a seat anywhere, and simply experience worship and a practical message from the Bible.

Questions guests often ask

We gather every Sunday at 10:30am. A typical service lasts about 75 minutes: roughly 25 minutes of live worship music, a 35–40 minute message from the Bible, plus announcements and a closing song.

Free parking is available on site at 185 East Ave, Norwalk, CT 06851. If the lot is full, overflow street parking is available nearby. Families with young children and guests with mobility needs are welcome to use the spaces closest to the entrance.

Whatever you’re comfortable in! You’ll see jeans, sneakers, sundresses and the occasional blazer. There is no dress code at NECC.

KidsLife meets during the service on the first floor. Nursery serves ages 0–3, and Elementary serves PreK through 5th grade. Stop by the Welcome Center to check your children in — we use a secure check-in system and only the adult who checks a child in may pick them up. Learn more about KidsLife.

Never. We won’t ask you to stand up or introduce yourself. If you’d like to connect, you can visit the Welcome Center or fill out a connect card — but that’s entirely up to you.

No. Giving is an act of worship for our church family, and guests should feel no pressure at all. Please receive the service as our gift to you.

Yes. Our main entrance, worship space and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. If you have a specific need, let us know in the form below and a host will be ready to help.
